The World Financial Center
is a complex of four office towers that were completed between 1985
and 1988 on Hudson River landfill from the foundation of the World
Trade Center. The design by Cesar Pelli and Associates and required
$1.2 billion to build. The four towers plus the Winter Garden
contain around 7.4 million square feet of leasable space.
