Restored in 2000 as a live performance venue but closed in 2006. Purchased in 2007 by the Abundant Life Cathedral, but was still derelict when I visited in the summer of 2009. (reference)

Although Cinema Treasures listed this theatre as built in 1918, Ylder Riza sent me a scan of a postcard (below) featuring the theatre but postmarked in 1913. In addition, there are mentions of this theatre in Vaudeville listings for the NY Times as early as April 26, 1911 and August 13, 1911, so further research needs to be done to find the exact opening date.
