Bunny Theatre314 Flatbush Avenue This building incorporating a 450-seat film theatre was built around 1913 and named after early silent film comedian John Bunny. The theatre is one of the final survivors from what was once a thriving collection of film theatres along Flatbush Avenue and has gone through a wild ride as a twin theatre, porn house, mini-golf course and retail shopping space. Supposedly, it's final days as a theatre were in 2004 when exploding real estate prices and lackluster patronage brought about its demise. (reference)
