American Theatre910 Manhattan Avenue
This 500-seat theatre originally opened as the American Theatre in 1914 and was later renamed the Chopin Theatre. Note the eagle over the front entrance. Became a disco in 1995 and was later subdivided into a coffee shop and medical space in the 2000s. (CinemaTreasures.org, NY Observer)
