Winston DamMonticello, NY Built in 1934 to form Sackett Lake just south of Monticello, NY in the Catskills. May have had an association with Winston Camp, which, I assume was a summer camp back when the Catskills was a summer getaway for families trying to get out of the nastiness of summer in the city.
